Certian Skill Capes For Freeplayers. You might be woundering what I mean with this. I beileve that freeplayers must have acess to RS gold any of the 9 (or so) skillcapes held by some of the skill masters. Obtaining level 99 of almost any ability is, without a doubt, and very tedious endeavor, however, totally free players also have a hard time (and in certian cases have it a bit harder than associates, due to a few of the best coaching approaches being members only).
Although it is very hard to get freeplayers (and members for this matter), it can nevertheless be performed, and that I beileve some freeplayer who manages to do so should be rewarded the same as anyyone.
